At a solemn ceremony held in Islamabad, President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif presented the Head of our State with the Nishan-e-Pakistan.

This decoration is awarded to citizens of Pakistan as well as foreign state, political, and public figures for exceptional services to the country.

The ceremony was attended by members of the Government, deputies of Parliament, the senior command of the Armed Forces of Pakistan, and representatives of the diplomatic corps.
