A poetry evening entitled “Zhyrlary zhurekte mangi oshpes mukagali” took place

Аs part of the Evening Library project, an educational poetry evening entitled "Жырлары жүректе мәңгі өшпес Мұқағали" was held, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of the legendary figure of Kazakh poetry, lyric poet Mukagali Makatayev.

During the event, listeners learned about the life and work of Mukagali Makatayev, and also engaged in informative discussions about the poet's special place in Kazakh literature. That evening, young singers who feel the power of words in their hearts and embody the poet's spirit took to the stage and recited Mukagali's lyrical poems, earning thunderous applause from the audience. The "Khan Men Zhyr Undestіgі" section featured songs close to their hearts and widely known throughout the country, set to the poet's lyrics. In particular, the talented singers of the D. Rakishev Philharmonic Society, Akbot Sabyrzhanov, performed the songs "Aytatyn sagan syrym bul" and Gyulsim Malisova's "Men dep oyla," vividly demonstrating the harmony of poetry and music.

In addition, within the “Akynga Tagzym” section, writers and art connoisseurs are presented: Zhumatai Ospanuly, Zhangeldy Nemerebay, Azamat Nurmukan, Aidynbek Arshin, Erbol Orazbekov, Saltanat Kumarbek, Omirbay Beybarys-Sultan, Mukhtar Kumisbek and Ziragul Nurdanbek presented the poet with heartfelt dedications and expressed their respect for the spirit of Mukagali.

In the evening, the audience was presented with a stage production called “Өлеңмен өрілген өмір”, which artistically depicted the fate and creative nature of the poet. In addition, the poet's unique work, very close to people and coming from the depths of his heart, "Esіңe menі алғайсың", was performed with great emotion by Kushtar Bauyrzhanuly, a student of the K. Baiseitov Music College, which plunged the audience into deep reflection.

At the end of the evening, the song "Otan" performed by Zhomart Takebaev, singer of the D. Rakishev Philharmonic Orchestra, brought the poetry evening to a soaring close.

This meeting, organized in collaboration with the Zhetysu Youth Center as part of the "Keshki Kitapkhana" project, became a unique gathering of readers, where poetry and art intertwined, giving listeners a special spiritual experience and once again demonstrating respect for the indelible legacy of Mukagali Makatayev.
