The updated Constitution supplements the basic values that determine the direction of the state's development with new content and for the first time enshrines at the constitutional level the principles of justice, law and order common to all spheres of public life. These norms are aimed at strengthening the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms and increasing the transparency and accountability of public administration. In addition, environmental protection and careful treatment of nature are established as constitutional principles, and maintaining ecological safety and responsibility to future generations are defined as strategic tasks of the state. Strengthening unity and cooperation in society, maintaining interethnic harmony and stability are also included in the basic values, and are considered an important condition for ensuring civil harmony and public harmony. The draft constitutional reforms cover 84 percent of the text of the Basic Law and are aimed at modernizing the country's political and legal system, and its full content is available through official information portals.
