On February 9, 2026, an extended meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Akim of the region, Yerbol Zholdaspekovich Nurgaliyev, jointly with the Police Department on the prevention of offenses among minors.

The meeting was attended by representatives of law enforcement agencies, heads of education departments, and directors of schools and colleges.

During the event, issues of preventing juvenile delinquency, preventing offenses and neglect, as well as parental responsibility were discussed. Particular attention was paid to interdepartmental cooperation between education authorities and law enforcement structures, as well as the role of educational organizations in shaping legal culture and responsibility among students.

In this regard, the words of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev:
«Law and order are the foundation of a safe and just society» — became the key guideline of the meeting.

Following the meeting, specific instructions were given to the relevant departments and heads of educational organizations aimed at strengthening the prevention of offenses among minors and ensuring their safety.
