A special meeting was held at the Road and Transport College to discuss and explain the draft of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was attended by teachers, masters of the educational institution, as well as representatives of the Abay district branch of the Amanat party, who focused on important changes in the new version of the Constitution.
During the meeting, the participants paid special attention to the role of the draft Constitution in the comprehensive modernization of the country's political system. Akkumis Aynakulova, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature at the college, MA, noted that the changes in the new edition are aimed at increasing the efficiency of state structures and strengthening the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms.
– The changes in the draft of the new Constitution will give impetus to the further development of our country. Today we live in the era of artificial intelligence. Therefore, we are giving priority to the use of new technologies and the introduction of innovations in our field. The increasing complexity of international relations, the rapid development of science and technology, and the growing demands of society require a new understanding of the legal system. In this regard, adapting the norms of the Constitution to modern requirements is the need of the hour, – said the master.
In addition, Yesimkhan Bertayev, executive secretary of the Abay district branch of the Amanat party, noted that the adoption of the new version of the Constitution fully meets the demands of society, modern requirements, and the strategic development goals of the state. According to him, the changes to the Constitution are aimed at the sustainable development of the country, the formation of a fair and effective system of public administration.
At the end of the meeting, the participants noted the importance of the draft Constitution and expressed their full support for it.
