A meeting was organized at the "TEN QOGAM" social support center under the Department of Employment and Social Protection to explain the draft New Constitution. The center's staff and service recipients attended the event and received comprehensive information about the proposed constitutional amendments and additions.
During the meeting, Serik Zhorabekov, Associate Professor of the Law Department of the Central Asian Innovation University, made a presentation and focused on the main areas of the new draft law.
According to the speaker, the document focuses on improving mechanisms for protecting citizens' rights and freedoms, increasing the transparency of the public administration system, as well as strengthening the relationship between society and the authorities. It also covers a wide range of areas, including protecting human rights, strengthening social guarantees, and ensuring the rule of law.
– The new edition will strengthen the principles of the rule of law and become the basis for creating a just society. Constitutional amendments will expand the opportunities for citizens to participate in public administration and pave the way for further improvement of the country's legal system, – said Serik Zhorabekov.
During the meeting, the participants asked their questions and received clear and understandable answers. The lawyer explained the content of the new articles in simple language, emphasizing the importance of the upcoming referendum. At the end of the meeting, all participants expressed their support for the new draft Constitution.
