Akim of the region Nurlуbek Nalibayev met with the Chairman of the Presidium of the NCE "Atameken" Kanat Sharlapaev.
The meeting discussed work on attracting investments and in the field of entrepreneurship.
"The Head of State pays special attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses, the Government provides support.
Today in our region, the pace of entrepreneurship development is active, its share in the economy is 20.5 percent.
Last year, the production volume in this sector of the regional economy grew by 30.5 percent, the region took 3rd place among the regions.
Tax revenues increased by 2.5 times compared to the previous year.
Systematic and effective state support has had a positive impact on the sustainable development of entrepreneurship.
With the aim of diversifying the regional economy, it is planned to implement 48 investment projects worth 1 trillion 900 billion tenge and create 10,308 new jobs in 2026-2029.
This year, it is planned to launch 21 projects worth 100 billion tenge.
It is worth noting that with your direct assistance, an investment agreement was signed with the Spanish company "Roca Group" on the construction of a high-tech plant for the production of up to 500 thousand sanitary ware items per year. Construction will begin this year.
22 billion 700 million tenge is allocated from the budget for financial support of private entrepreneurship.
In accordance with the instruction of the Head of State, the "Entrepreneurship Zone" program for micro and small businesses was launched this year.
We are confident that today's meeting will open the way for new projects and initiatives,"- said N.Nalibayev.
Last year, 2,929 private entrepreneurship projects were financed in the amount of 61 billion 100 million tenge from all funding sources.
State support measures have increased the investment potential of the region, allowed the opening of new productions and the creation of jobs.
In addition, 27 investment projects worth over 300 billion tenge were implemented.
A Turkish investor built a new heat and power center.
A bakery complex, factories for the production of bricks, glass, rice and food salt, a small industrial park, and a 40-megawatt solar power plant were launched.
