Public Services with Individual Support: How the “Personal Manager” Service Works

More than 60,000 citizens chose to receive public services without waiting time and with personalized assistance in 2025. The “Personal Manager” service, provided by State Corporation “Government for Citizens”, is available both at Public Service Centers and in a home-visit format.

The service operates in all Public Service Centers, including specialized PSCs, and provides priority service. To use it, applicants should approach the registration desk, sign a service agreement, after which a personal manager accompanies them through all stages of document processing.

Service fees:
• At Public Service Centers — 5,697 KZT
• At specialized Public Service Centers — 6,306 KZT

For citizens who are unable to visit a Public Service Center for various reasons, a home-visit option is available. A specialist arrives at a pre-arranged time and location upon prior request. The cost of the on-site service is 7,447 KZT, which includes organizational and logistical expenses.

In the home-visit format, the service is available for PSC public services, except for the issuance of passports, national ID cards, driver’s licenses, and vehicle re-registration.

The service is especially popular among parents with young children, citizens with busy work schedules, and entrepreneurs. However, any applicant may use the service upon request. This format allows individuals to plan their visit in advance and minimize waiting time.

To request a home visit by a personal manager, applicants can visit the official website of the State Corporation, go to the “Services for Citizens” section, select “Home Visit by Personal Manager,” click “Submit a Request,” and complete the required information. After submitting the form, an SMS confirmation code is sent to the applicant’s phone number. Within one working day, an operator contacts the applicant to уточнить details and schedule the visit.

Additionally, консультация and application submission are available through the Unified Contact Center 1414. After the consultation, the applicant receives an SMS with an individual link to submit the home-visit request.
