In 2007-2011, he headed the Department of internal policy of the Syrdarya district, in 2011-2012-the Department of employment and social programs of the Syrdarya district. Since 2022, he has been coordinating the work of the Regional Public Council in the organizational and instructional Department of the Office of the Akim of Kyzylorda region.
