Today, the Akim of the district, Berik Sarmenbayev, held a congratulatory ceremony at the "Rukhaniyat" center for employees of the Civil Registry Office (ZAGS) in honor of their professional holiday. The festive event was attended by Yerzhan Azhikenov, Chairman of the District Maslikhat; Zhumabek Embergenov, Deputy of the Regional Maslikhat; as well as veterans and current employees of the sector.

In his speech, Berik Abdigapparuly emphasized the legal and social importance of the family unit:

"The clear definition of the concepts of family and marriage in the draft of the new Constitution is a vivid reflection of enshrining traditional social values at a legal level. The draft text extensively covers the protection of family values, the strengthening of the institution of marriage, and the mutual responsibility between parents and children. Furthermore, the document provides a precise definition of marriage as a voluntary and equal union between a man and a woman, registered in accordance with state law. This signifies that the family is not merely a social concept, but the most important institution forming the foundation of our state and remaining under its protection."

The Akim also highlighted the critical role of the Civil Registry service:

• Social Significance: The Civil Registry service is one of the most vital and responsible sectors in society. Key milestones in human life—birth, marriage, and other significant transitions—are legally formalized through your direct involvement.

• Professional Requirements: Serving in this field demands great responsibility, high professionalism, honesty, and meticulousness.

• Contribution: You contribute daily to protecting the rights and legal interests of citizens, improving the quality of public services, and strengthening legal order in society.

The Award Ceremony

During the formal gathering, veterans and employees were presented with "Letters of Appreciation" from the District Akim. Special honors were paid to a retiring veteran, and in a symbolic gesture, a marriage certificate was presented to a newlywed couple, while a birth certificate was officially handed to the mother of a newborn.

The event concluded with a festive atmosphere as local performers entertained the audience with beautiful songs.
