Today, an extended meeting was held in the conference hall of the district akimat under the chairmanship of District Akim Zhandos Erkinbek. During the meeting, issues related to the development of the housing sector and digitalization were discussed.

This year, the regional akim participated in the opening ceremony of five 50-apartment residential buildings in the city of Baikonur and handed over the apartment keys to residents. In addition, in the Tauelsizdik microdistrict of Zhosaly settlement, 30 two-apartment houses were purchased to provide housing for socially vulnerable groups and citizens registered on the housing waiting list. Currently, the process of transferring these houses to the residents is underway. As a result, the performance indicator in this area has reached 103.2% compared to last year.

The district head also addressed issues related to housing quality and instructed that any identified shortcomings be resolved promptly.

The meeting also discussed strengthening sanitary and cleanliness measures within the district. In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, within the framework of the nationwide environmental program “Taza Kazakhstan”, the need for systematic improvement and cleanliness efforts in settlements was emphasized.

Additionally, preparations for the upcoming Nauryz holiday were discussed. Officials were instructed to organize cultural events at a high level within the “Nauryznama” decade, which will take place in the district from March 14 to March 23.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Zhandos Erkinbek gave specific instructions to the heads of the relevant sectors and tasked them with ensuring strict control over their implementation.
