In Atyrau, the construction materials trading house "ALIF STROY" has been held administratively liable. A resident of Atyrau filed a complaint with the Department regarding substandard linoleum products.

During an unscheduled inspection, it was found that the linoleum brand Tarkett, type: Evropa AKRON 6, does not meet the safety requirements of the Technical Regulation "On the Safety of Buildings and Structures, Construction Materials and Products," approved by Order No. 435 of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 9, 2023. Specifically, it was established that the products were sold without proper labeling, including information in the state language.

This violation constitutes non-compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation in accordance with Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Technical Regulation" and Article 415 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses."

An administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 843,375 tenge has been imposed on the individual entrepreneur, and an order to eliminate the identified violations has been issued.

To date, the identified violations have been rectified, and the fine amount has been paid in full.
