Do I need to hand over F. 200.00 when activity is suspended?
In short: yes, but not always 
According to the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
You have the right
— suspend reporting
and resume it ahead of schedule
What is important to know:
Before suspension, you must:
— submit an application to the tax
service — submit all reports from the beginning of the period to the date of suspension
If there were employees:
You MUST submit:
— F. 200.00
— + appendix 200.05
for the period prior to the suspension date
If there are no employees and payments:
F. 200.00 is NOT required (for the period after suspension)
Conclusion:
The main thing is to correctly "close" the period BEFORE suspension.
Next, the delivery depends on the availability of employees.
