The key topics of the meeting included reducing workplace injuries, strengthening occupational safety and labor protection, preventing occupational diseases, as well as implementing regional and city agreements for 2024–2026. Representatives of government bodies, employers, and trade unions discussed current issues and put forward proposals to enhance joint efforts.

Special attention was given to changes under the new Constitution, which strengthens workers’ rights, expands protection mechanisms, and establishes additional guarantees in the context of digitalization.

It was noted that in 2025 — declared the Year of Working Professions — significant work was carried out to improve working conditions, promote employee health, and advance the principles of decent work.

Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their commitment to further strengthening social partnership and implementing joint initiatives aimed at improving labor safety and quality of life in the region.
