New IT Solutions to Simplify Business Tax Accounting Discussed at the State Revenue Committee
29.03.2026 08:19:50 196On March 20, a meeting was held at the State Revenue Committee in Astana with the participation of leading IT developers, dedicated to the implementation of digital solutions aimed at simplifying tax administration and transitioning to a service-oriented model of interaction with businesses.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee, Seilzhan Akhmetov. It was attended by developers of inventory management systems and three-component integrated systems, as well as providers of business automation solutions.
The key objective identified was the maximum simplification of tax accounting through the introduction of modern IT solutions and the automation of processes.
The new concept envisages the integration of the full cycle of business operations into unified digital systems, including: accounting for the receipt and sale of goods; automatic generation of tax reporting; and timely payment of taxes.
It is expected that, in the future, such systems will be able to partially perform the functions of a tax agent. This will reduce the administrative burden on entrepreneurs, minimize errors in accounting, and automate routine operations.
During the meeting, developers presented the current capabilities of their solutions and proposals for further development. Representatives of systems such as “Trinity”, “Uchet.KZ”, “Prosklad”, “1C:Accounting”, “Wipon”, “UMAG”, “Paloma365”, “R-Keeper”, and other market participants took part in the discussion.
Following the meeting, a joint working group was established with the participation of representatives of government bodies and the IT sector. Its task is to elaborate technical and legislative aspects and implement solutions aimed at further simplifying tax administration.
The implementation of these approaches is aimed at establishing a convenient and transparent system of interaction between the state and businesses, where the majority of tax processes will be carried out automatically.
