Every year on March 24, as part of the month dedicated to World Tuberculosis Day, medical organizations took part in a table tennis tournament.

Each organization was represented by two participants. The competition was held among men’s and women’s teams.

The event was organized by the Health Department, the railway hospital, and the regional phthisiopulmonology center.

The tournament was opened by Acting Head of the Health Department Almas Abilgazin, who wished the participants fair play and an excellent game.

According to the results of the tournament, the prize places were distributed as follows:

Men’s teams:
1st place — representatives of the Higher Medical College;
2nd place — Regional Phthisiopulmonology Center;
3rd place — Mental Health Center.

Women’s teams:
1st place — Polyclinic No. 1;
2nd place — Regional Hospital;
3rd place — Polyclinic No. 3.

Holding such events helps strengthen team spirit, promote a healthy lifestyle, and enhance unity within the medical community. The tournament was held in a friendly atmosphere, bringing participants together and giving everyone positive.
