About the planned launch of the "Declaration of Goods" functionality of the KEDEN information system, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) continues to work on the phased implementation of the KEDEN customs IP. The next stage is the launch of the "Declaration of Goods" (DT) functionality. In this regard, since November 2025, the Committee has been conducting joint testing of the DT functionality with users of the system. Currently, 5,737 users have been registered in the productive environment of the KEDEN IP, and the process of declaring goods for more than 3,200 items has been tested. Over 1,500 customs representatives and declarants have been trained offline and online during the joint testing period. As a result of the work carried out, more than 500 comments were eliminated and 69 proposals were accepted. A phased launch of the DT functionality is planned from March 28, 2026, while the full cycle of customs declaration using DT in the KEDEN IP will be carried out from April 10, 2026. In order to ensure uninterrupted work on filing and issuing data, it is necessary to register in advance in the productive version of the KEDEN IP (keden.kgd.gov.kz ), to get acquainted with the work of the corresponding functionality. All the necessary information (user's guide, video tutorials on completing the DT) is available on the IP portal "KEDEN" (keden.kgd.gov.kz , the "Help" tab). Testing in a productive environment continues until the final launch of the DT functionality.
