The home delivery service of documents allows you to receive ready-made documents without a second visit to the center and is available today in all regions of Kazakhstan. This format is gradually gaining popularity - in the first three months of 2026, 426 deliveries were made with its help, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" reported.

You can use the service when making an application - after the documents are ready, they will be delivered to the specified address. This is especially convenient for those who want to save time or do not have the opportunity to personally come to the service center.

They offer to arrange the delivery immediately upon submission of the application. It is enough to specify the address and pay for the service, after which it remains to wait for the document to be ready. After the document is ready, the courier contacts the recipient and, as a rule, delivers it on the same day to the specified address. When handing over, identification is carried out according to the identity card and confirmation code.

Courier delivery includes 15 state services. These include such requested documents as duplicate certificates of birth, marriage, divorce and death, archival certificates, duplicates of education documents, as well as the execution of an apostille and restoration of civil status records.

The cost of the service depends on the region: delivery to Almaty, Astana and Shymkent is 2061 tenge, in other regions - 1036 tenge.

At the same time, the entire process remains under control: it is possible to track the delivery status in the mobile application "TSON". This allows you to understand at what stage the document is, without calls and additional requests.

The service was launched in 2024 and is aimed at making obtaining documents more convenient for citizens, saving their time and reducing the need for additional visits to the Center.
