Residents of the city of Semey can use the “Personal Manager” service with home visits, which allows them to receive public services without visiting the Public Service Center, according to the Abai Region branch of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens.”

The service provides for a specialist to visit the specified address—either home or office—at a time convenient for the applicant. The personal manager accepts documents, provides консультации, and processes applications through state information systems. After the service is completed, the finished documents can be collected at the PSC issuance department or arranged for delivery.

With the help of a personal manager, a number of services can be obtained, including issuance of certificates, registration at the place of residence, and civil registry (RAGS) services. At the same time, services that require mandatory personal presence are not provided in the mobile format. These include the issuance of passports, ID cards, driver’s licenses, and vehicle re-registration.

The service is in demand among citizens with special needs, elderly people, parents with young children, as well as residents who cannot find time to visit the Public Service Center.

“We are seeing steady interest in mobile services. This format is especially relevant for those who want to receive public services in comfortable conditions,” said Murat Umirzakov, Acting Director of the Abai Region branch of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens.”

The cost of the “Personal Manager” home visit service is 7,447 tenge and includes organizational and logistical expenses.

Applications for a personal manager visit can be submitted on the official website of the State Corporation, as well as through the Unified Contact Center 1414.
