Training and methodological assemblies for sergeants of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan were held under the slogan “Law and Order,” aimed at improving the effectiveness of working with subordinates and enhancing educational and воспитательной activities.

The basic training courses were organized at the Academy of the National Guard and conducted in an online format. This allowed sergeants from all regions of the country to acquire new knowledge without interrupting their service and combat duties, while maintaining constant communication with the Main Command and the teaching staff.

In total, around 600 servicemen completed the training. The program included 20 lecture sessions covering the fundamentals of law, pedagogy, and psychology. As part of the courses, entry and final testing were conducted to assess participants’ level of preparation and the effectiveness of the training.

Certificates were awarded to servicemen of the Astana garrison by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs — Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, Major General Ansagan Baltabekov.

“The sergeant of the National Guard is not only a commander, but also a psychologist capable of recognizing a subordinate’s difficulties in time and providing support. The certificates you receive today confirm that you have successfully completed the program and are ready to apply new educational methods in your daily service. The knowledge gained will serve as a reliable foundation for strengthening military discipline,” the Commander-in-Chief noted.

Particular attention was paid to issues of educational work, psychological aspects of interaction with personnel, as well as legal literacy. Participants were briefed on key provisions of criminal and administrative legislation, procedures for working with servicemen’s families, and modern approaches to fostering patriotism and strengthening military discipline.

Sergeants also exchanged practical experience and discussed methods of ideological work and interaction with mass media.

Such assemblies contribute to improving the professional level of the sergeant corps and strengthening the moral and psychological condition of law enforcement troops units.
