THE NAME OF THE WWII VETERAN WAS OFFICIALLY UNVEILED IN MUNAIL
In accordance with the order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 1, 2023 No. 211, on April 1, in the village of Bayandy, Munailinsky district, in honor of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the street was named after war veteran Abdulla Utaev.
Abdullah Utaev was born on May 12, 1925 in the Tashauz region of the Republic of Turkmenistan. She has been an orphan since childhood, raised by her older brother. In 1942, when he was only 17 years old, he was drafted into the army and completed 4 months of military training in Eva, Uzbekistan. Later, he took part in battles as part of the infantry battalion of the Chelyabinsk and Kiev directions.
At the age of 20, he was wounded in his left leg in one of the battles for the liberation of Poland and Czechoslovakia and returned to the country in March 1945. After the war, he took an active part in the reconstruction of the national economy.
In family life, together with her husband, Serebryak, she raised 8 children, 27 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, and became loving grandfathers. In 2007, he moved to the Mangystau region, and in the same year he was provided with a 3-room apartment in the village of Bayandy. The war veteran died in 2018.
The solemn celebration of the heroic deeds of veterans who selflessly fought for the country is a sacred duty of the current generation. The worship of the spirit of the heroic ancestors is a symbol of our country.
