10 April - First Deadline for Submission of Form 493.00 “Information on Services Provided to Third Parties”

In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 56 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the requirement to submit Form 493.00 “Information on Services Provided to Third Parties” came into force on 1 January 2026.

This form must be submitted by organizations providing services in water supply, wastewater disposal, gas, electricity and heat supply, waste collection (garbage removal), elevator maintenance, as well as transportation services.

Form 493.00 must be submitted electronically to the state revenue authorities at the place of registration no later than the 10th day of the month following the reporting quarter.

The form is an administrative data collection form, with the index 493-0 “Services”.

Information about the form is available on the website www.gov.kz and contains data on services provided to third parties.

The Department of State Revenues for the city of Almaty draws attention to the need for timely submission of reports within the установлен deadlines.
