On March 20, 2026, an online lecture titled “The Role of Kazakhstan in International Development Cooperation” was held.

The lecture was delivered by representatives of KazAID, the authorized organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of official development assistance.

During the event, key aspects of the official development assistance (ODA) system were presented, including Kazakhstan’s role as a donor country and priority areas of international cooperation.

The main areas of KazAID’s activities, ongoing projects and programs, as well as interagency coordination mechanisms were also highlighted.

Heads of departments from the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the authorized body in the field of water resources participated in the event.

Following the meeting, participants discussed current issues in international development and prospects for further cooperation.
