On April 8, 2026, an extraordinary session of the Mendykara District Maslikhat was held. On the first issue, deputies heard a report from A.U. Kushanov, Head of the State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Mendykara District," "On Approving the Composition of the Land Commission and Its Regulations."
On the second issue, they heard a report from N.V. Timashova, Head of the State Institution "Department of Economy and Budget Programs of the Mendykara District," "On the Provision of Social Support Measures in 2026 to Specialists in Healthcare, Education, Social Security, Culture, Sports, and the Agro-Industrial Complex, and Civil Servants of the Akims' Offices of Villages and Rural Districts Who Arrived to Work and Reside in Rural Settlements of the Mendykara District."
On the third and fourth issues, they heard a report from N.O. Bazhirov, Deputy Akim of the District. "On Amending Maslikhat Decision No. 131 of July 4, 2024, 'On Approving the Membership of the Interdepartmental Commission for Crime Prevention under the Akimat of the Mendykara District' and "On Amending Maslikhat Decision No. 132 of July 4, 2024, 'On Approving the Membership of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Akimat of the Mendykara District."

On the fifth issue, the session heard a report from R.S. Baisakalov, Chairman of the Mendykara District Territorial Election Commission, "On Amending Maslikhat Decision No. 87 of December 27, 2023, 'On Electing Members of Precinct Electoral Commissions.'"

The district deputies posed questions on the issues discussed, to which they received comprehensive answers.
