On April 8, 2026, a meeting was held at Rapid LLP with the company’s workforce, aimed at improving employees’ legal awareness and enhancing the level of occupational health and safety.

The event was attended by Alzhan Madi Islyamuly, Deputy Head of the Department of the State Labor Inspection for the Karaganda Region, as well as representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Ә. Bokeikhan District of Karaganda.

Ensuring the protection of citizens’ labor rights and creating favorable working conditions at enterprises in the region are among the key priorities of the Department’s activities.

The main purpose of the meeting was to explain the key rights and obligations of employees and employers, the provisions of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as requirements in the field of occupational safety and health.

Special attention was paid to compliance with workplace safety regulations, the prevention of occupational injuries, and the creation of safe working conditions. Representatives of state authorities emphasized the importance of strict adherence to occupational health and safety requirements by both employers and employees.

During the meeting, company employees were given the opportunity to ask questions of interest and receive professional explanations from specialists.
