“People’s Accountant” Campaign Continues in Mangystau Region: Free Assistance for Entrepreneurs on the New Tax Code

The Department of State Revenues for the Mangystau Region reminds that the republican campaign “People’s Accountant” is ongoing and will continue until June 30, 2026.
The campaign was launched by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 5, 2026, with the aim of providing free advisory support to individual entrepreneurs and small business entities. The main objective is to help entrepreneurs correctly and error-free apply the provisions of the new Tax Code, maintain accounting and tax records, and work effectively within the information systems of state revenue authorities.
“We are moving from a control model to service-oriented support for taxpayers. The ‘People’s Accountant’ is real assistance for those who run their business honestly and want to do it competently, without fines or unnecessary risks,” the Department noted.
Who can receive consultations?
- Individual entrepreneurs;
- Small and medium-sized business entities;
- Anyone facing difficulties in applying the new tax legislation.
Consultation Schedule in the Mangystau Region
Since March 2026, consultations are held twice a week — on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 13:00 at the Office of State Revenues for the city of Aktau.
The venue is clearly marked with a special sign “People’s Accountant”. Consultations are provided by professional accountants, auditors, and specialists from the Department of State Revenues.
