As part of a professional development project through distance learning, the Committee of Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as CISA) has organized training for employees of the internal state audit system under the program "Certificate in International Audit (CertIA, ACCA)".

The main goal of the program is to equip participants with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in applying international auditing standards, as well as to develop professional competencies in the field of internal state audit, using generally accepted requirements for organizing the internal audit function.

The training was conducted entirely online using modern digital platforms and video conferencing tools. Interactive teaching methods were integrated into the educational process, including online testing, analysis of practical cases, and simulation of real audit situations. Training materials were provided in electronic format, ensuring continuous access for participants to educational resources.

The training involved 560 employees of the Committee of Internal State Audit, its territorial subdivisions, and relevant departments of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Group formation and class sessions were organized with consideration for the digital structure of the educational process, enabling the simultaneous training of several streams of participants.

The implementation of the project demonstrated the effectiveness of distance learning technologies in training state audit personnel. The use of digital solutions ensured the scalability of training, increased the accessibility of educational resources, and created a unified professional space for knowledge and practice exchange.

The implementation of international auditing standards combined with digital learning formats contributes to improving the quality of state financial control, enhancing transparency, and further developing the internal state audit system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
