Dear taxpayers,

In order to implement the provisions of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the provision on recognizing a structural subdivision of a legal entity as an independent payer of taxes and payments to the budget, with the exception of corporate income tax and value-added tax, the State Revenue Committee has launched a new functionality in the Taxpayer's Office of the Tax Administration Information System (ISNA).
Legal entities that have structural divisions recognized as independent payers must necessarily form decisions on recognizing structural divisions as independent payers. Information on the generated decisions will be transferred to the state revenue authorities and used in the automatic formation of zero TNFs (paragraph 6 of Article 115 of the Tax Code).
The functionality is aimed at expanding electronic interaction with taxpayers and implementing the norms of tax legislation.
