As part of the implementation of the “Law and Order” concept, as well as during the “Science Week,” Chief Specialist of the Department of criminally-executive system in the North Kazakhstan region, Major of Justice Yekaterina Govorkova, together with lecturer Oksana Shut, conducted an open lesson for third-year students majoring in Law at the Faculty of History, Economics and Law of M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University.

The topic of the meeting was “Amendments and additions to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty.” During the session, participants were provided with a detailed explanation of the key innovations in the current legislation, as well as the specifics of administrative supervision over this category of individuals.

Special attention was paid to the formation of legal culture in society, the importance of соблюдение of law and order, and the role of state bodies in ensuring control and preventing repeat offenses.

The students actively participated in the discussion, asked questions of interest, and received comprehensive answers. Such events contribute to improving the legal literacy of future lawyers and strengthening cooperation between government agencies and educational institutions.
