At the meeting, deputies heard reports from N.O. Bazhirov, Deputy Akim of the Mendykarinsky District, on "On the Execution of the Mendykarinsky District Budget for 2025," and from A.K. Akhmetbekova, Acting Head of Finance of the Mendykarinsky District, on "On the Execution of the Budgets of Villages and Rural Districts of the Mendykarinsky District for 2025."

Deputies noted that the district's budget revenue for 2025 was fulfilled by 102.8%, with revenues totaling 8,133,000 tenge (an excess of 219.9 million tenge) against the planned target of 7,913,100,000 tenge.

The local budget's revenue plan for taxes, non-tax revenues, and proceeds from the sale of fixed assets was fulfilled by 106.8%, with 1 billion 984.7 million tenge actually received against the planned 1 billion 859.1 million tenge, which is 125.6 million tenge more than planned (the largest overfulfillment included: 101,111 corporate income tax from legal entities - 55.5 million tenge, or 127.1%; 101,201 individual entrepreneur income tax - 42.3 million tenge, or 105.1%; 103,101 social tax - 19.8 million tenge, or 103.3%).

The revenue part of the local government budget for 2025 was fulfilled by 103.4%, with a plan of 1 billion 357.6 million tenge, revenues amounted to 1 billion 403.3 million tenge (exceeded by 45.7 million tenge, including: Mikhailovsky rural district 2.7 million tenge, Krasnopresnensky rural district 0.6 million tenge, Aleshinsky rural district 5.4 million tenge, Lomonosovsky rural district 1.0 million tenge, Borovskoye 15.6 million tenge, Vvedensky rural district 4.5 million tenge, Pervomaysky rural district 9.0 million tenge, Tenizovskoye village 4.0 million tenge, Budyonnovsky rural district 0.7 million tenge, Sosnovsky rural district 0.4 million. Tenge, Karakuginsky rural district 1,800 tenge), including targeted current transfers of 778.0 million tenge, a subvention of 200.5 million tenge, and loss compensation of 17.9 million tenge.

The local government budget's revenue plan for taxes, non-tax revenues, and proceeds from the sale of fixed assets was fulfilled by 108.8%; against the planned 358.9 million tenge, 390.5 million tenge were actually received, 31.6 million tenge more than planned.

At the same time, the commission notes that the district budget, village budgets, and rural district budgets of the district were used effectively and covered all the most important areas of life.

The commission adopted the relevant resolutions on the issues considered.
