On April 22, 2026, Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Zhanibek Abdrashov presented the exequatur to the newly appointed Consul General of the People's Republic of China, Su Fangqiu, and wished him success in his mission.For his part, Zh. Abdrashov noted the high level of relations between Kazakhstan and China, emphasizing the active development of political dialogue, as well as the importance of trade, economic, and investment ties. In conclusion, the Head of the Representative Office expressed confidence in the further deepening of friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries. In turn, the Consul General of the People's Republic of China expressed his gratitude and confirmed willingness to work for the benefit of the development of bilateral relations.
