A key feature of the new initiative introduced in the National Guard is that the most distinguished conscript servicemen are now given the opportunity to be awarded the rank of junior sergeant during their period of service.

Among the first to benefit from this opportunity is Junior Sergeant Nurkeldi Zhayylkhan. He completed specialized training at the National Guard training center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was awarded the rank. He is currently serving in military unit 5573 in Astana.

It should be noted that, for the first time, the rank of junior sergeant at the training center has been awarded to soldiers who demonstrated strong knowledge and professional skills. The selected servicemen underwent training camps and internships, after which they were involved in training new recruits.

Today, they organize unit activities, command subunits during operational tasks, and, as patrol leaders, participate in maintaining public order.

In total, this opportunity has been granted to 30 guardsmen. Its advantage lies in the fact that after completing their service, soldiers can begin a career in law enforcement agencies without delay, already holding the rank of junior sergeant.

The implementation of this project not only enhances the professional level of young servicemen but also significantly increases their motivation for service.
