On April 28, 2026, the UAPF traditionally held an online "Open Day" meeting, during which a new investment portal was presented to the participants. invest.enpf.kz . During the event, the Fund's specialists spoke about the opportunities it opens up for depositors. Participants were reminded that they have the right to independently influence the profitability of their savings by transferring part of their pension funds to the management of private investment portfolio managers (IPMS): up to 50% from mandatory and mandatory professional pension contributions and up to 100% from voluntary pension contributions.

During the meeting, the participants got acquainted with the functionality of the platform, the principles of investing pension assets, approaches to analyzing investment indicators, criteria for choosing a trustee, etc. The Fund's specialists also told what tools are available to depositors to influence the formation of future pensions.

It was noted that the portal combines key information about investments in one digital space in Kazakh and Russian: basic concepts, data on trust managers, the structure of pension asset allocation, investment strategies and financial indicators. Users can independently compare the profitability, portfolio structure, and management results of IPM and NBRK, as well as track the dynamics of indicators.

During the meeting, the Fund's specialists emphasized the importance of the portal for young investors who have the opportunity to participate in choosing more profitable strategies for managing their savings. A new user-friendly portal invest.enpf.kz which provides opportunities to study investment tools and analysis, helps to stimulate more active participation of Kazakhstanis in managing their savings.

The event was held in an interactive format: participants asked questions and received clarifications from the Foundation's specialists, as well as individual consultations. The online format allowed citizens from different regions to join the meeting and receive up-to-date information directly from experts.

It should be noted that as of April 1, 2026, the UAPF fulfilled 128,450 applications from depositors for the transfer of UIP savings totaling more than 130 billion tenge. It should be recalled that there are currently 5 investment management companies on the market that have licenses for investment portfolio management and meet the approved requirements for pension asset management. Among them are: JSC "Alatau City Invest", JSC "BCC Invest", JSC "Halyk Global Markets" (from January 1, 2027 – termination of the agreement on the initiative of this IP), JSC "Halyk Finance" and JSC "Centras Securities".  The investment strategies of the IP, monthly reviews and the results of the investment activities of each IP are posted on the invest.enpf portal.kz, as well as in the section "Statistics and analytics - Investment management of pension assets" on the website enpf.kz .

The UAPF continues its systematic work to improve the financial and legal literacy of the population. So, in 2025, more than 38 thousand information meetings were held with coverage of about 800 thousand people, and about 400 thousand appeals from citizens were processed. The Open Day was another step in this direction, offering participants practical tools to understand and manage their retirement savings.
