Ivan Mikhailovich Yarotsky was a machine gun company commander in the 390th Marine Battalion of the 13th Brigade of the Pacific Fleet. "By laying flowers, we express our sincere gratitude to the heroes for a peaceful sky, the opportunity to live and build a future. Their heroism will forever remain in the people's memory," noted district akim Serik Zhenisov.
Representatives of the regional and district branches of the AMANAT party, the prosecutor's office, the emergency department, residents of Podgornoye, and schoolchildren also took part in the ceremony.
