The Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region informs about the requirements related to the completion of the academic year. The main goal is to ensure the safety of pupils and students, maintain public order, protect children's rights, and strengthen the ideology of "Law and Order" in educational organizations.

• It is prohibited to hold graduation events marking the end of the academic year in preschool organizations, secondary, technical and vocational, and post-secondary education organizations in the form of evening parties, banquets, motorcades, sunrise gatherings, campfire events, or ceremonial events in restaurants, cafes, banquet halls, canteens, recreation centers, or outdoors.
• Solemn ceremonies for awarding certificates, diplomas, and graduation events in preschool organizations, secondary, technical and vocational, and post-secondary education organizations are to be held exclusively within the premises of the educational organizations, without collecting any funds from students, pupils, parents, or legal representatives.
• To comply with pedagogical ethics norms and prevent corruption, it is prohibited to give any gifts to teachers or to collect monetary funds.
• During examinations in educational organizations, parents are prohibited from setting up tables with food.
