“Law and Order” – The Main Guarantee of Public Safety

In our district, efforts aimed at preventing juvenile delinquency and ensuring children’s safety remain under the постоянный control of the district administration. Special attention is being paid to raising young people in a safe environment.
To systematize this work and discuss current issues, a meeting titled “Law and Order” and “Legal Education – the Guarantee of a Safe Society” was held today at School-Lyceum No. 250 under the chairmanship of District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek in cooperation with the district prosecutor’s office.
The district head stated:
“Today, preventing offenses among minors is one of society’s most important tasks. Where there is discipline and responsibility, there is safety and stability. ‘Law and Order’ is the main principle of state policy. Therefore, every young person must respect the law and take responsibility for the future of the country.”
According to the agenda, District Prosecutor Nurbek Karatayev delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of ensuring legal order and the rule of law.
After that, prosecutor of the district prosecutor’s office Adilet Saduyev presented a report on the work carried out by the district prosecutor’s office in 2026 within the framework of implementing the “Law and Order” principle, providing a detailed overview of the measures undertaken.
During the meeting, Deputy Head of the District Police Department Ospan Yeszhanov spoke about crime prevention efforts and the state of juvenile delinquency during the first four months of 2026. Head of the District Education Department Berik Zhanibekov also delivered a report on activities aimed at preventing offenses and measures implemented within educational institutions.
In addition, Head of the District Emergency Department Omirbek Saktabayev presented a report on children’s safety and the prevention of emergencies during the summer vacation period.
Discipline should become a shared social value, while obedience to the law should become a way of life for everyone. In this regard, Chairman of the Veterans Council Askar Merekov, Chairman of the District Parents’ Committee Magauiya Aliyev, and education veterans Zaripa Tasymova and Bolat Zhumabayev shared their views, emphasizing the joint responsibility of parents, schools, and society in raising the younger generation.
