Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has repeatedly emphasized that maintaining effective communication with the public and providing prompt and high-quality responses to citizens’ appeals and proposals are among the main responsibilities of local executive bodies. In this regard, district akim Zhandos Yerkinbek held another personal reception for residents today.

During the reception, residents were able to present their concerns both in person and through online communication.

In addition, more than ten citizens who attended the meeting raised issues related to housing, employment in permanent or public jobs, agricultural land matters, social support, and other personal concerns.

Residents who applied regarding housing issues were informed that housing is provided in accordance with legal requirements and the established очередь system. Citizens seeking employment were offered available vacancies and opportunities for public works employment.

During the reception, the district head carefully reviewed each appeal and assigned a number of tasks to the heads of relevant departments to consider the issues raised within the framework of the law and take appropriate action.
