The Kurchatov City Maslikhat, in accordance with subparagraph 2-9 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, informs that the implementation of the draft resolution does not require any financial expenditures.

The adoption of this draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic or legal consequences.

The draft provides for:

• approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, determination of its amounts, and identification of specific categories of citizens in need.

The text of the draft has been published on the “Electronic Government” portal in the “Open NPAs” section. All interested citizens may participate in the discussion of the draft normative legal act.
