Marat Zhiyanshanovich conscientiously worked in the state property system for many years, making a significant contribution to the development of the field. In various years, he worked in the Central Office of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, headed the Pavlodar Department of State Property and Privatization, and later continued his service in the Treasury authorities.
His professionalism, responsibility, and personal qualities earned him the well-deserved respect of colleagues and friends.
