The State Institution “Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Kurchatov” announces the holding of the “Enbek Zholy” competition in three nominations: “Best Labor Dynasty”, “Best Young Industrial Worker”, and “Best Mentor of Working Youth”.

We kindly ask you to submit candidates for participation in the competition under the three nominations to the State Institution “Department of Employment and Social Programs of the City of Kurchatov” via e-mail: centr-zan@mail.ru no later than May 26 of the current year.

The following materials shall be submitted for participation in the competition:

1. an application for participation in the competition in free form indicating the nomination;
2. a copy of the identity document;
3. a video clip on the nomination topic not exceeding 1–2 minutes (including demonstration of the workplace and professional skills, if desired);
4. a computer presentation about the contestant not exceeding 1 minute (in Microsoft PowerPoint format), including information about work, family, interests, hobbies, etc.;
5. a copy of the employment record book and other documents confirming the work experience of each representative of the labor dynasty or employee, certified by the employer (certificate from the workplace);
6. a letter of recommendation from the employer or trade union.

If available, copies of the following documents may also be attached:

• copies of state or departmental awards, certificates of honor, letters of appreciation;
• certificates of advanced training and professional development.

Documents for the competition shall be submitted in the state or Russian languages.
