The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.

       Preliminary filling of the VAT declaration (TNF 300.00) is carried out on the basis of information available in the information systems of state revenue bodies, including the information system of electronic invoices, personal accounts of taxpayers and declarations for goods.

       The service works on the principle of T-1, that is, it is updated with a delay of one day. If ESFs are issued today or VAT offset notices are sent, they will be reflected only tomorrow.

      Please note that the pre-filling service uses data from VAT offset notices with the status "confirmed," therefore it is recommended to fill out the notices carefully and correctly.

     At the same time, the pre-filling service helps to reduce the number of office control notifications and is used to check and inform when filling out the TNF.

At the same time, the service uses data provided by taxpayers themselves. Since such data may be later modified or refined, this may affect the results of office control and subsequent receipt of notifications.
