Kuralai Aigakyzy has been working in the system of state revenue authorities since 2003. She began her career in the territorial state revenue bodies of the East Kazakhstan Region and later in Astana, serving in the departments of information processing, tax registration of legal entities, reception and processing of information on legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, audit of legal entities, taxpayer registration, desk control, and administration of indirect taxes.

Throughout her career, Kuralai Zhyyndinova has established herself as a competent and highly professional employee. She possesses such qualities as determination, integrity, the ability to make balanced decisions, and teamwork skills, and is one of the leading operators of the Contact Center.

She is a true professional in her field, a responsible and proactive employee who enjoys the respect of her colleagues.
