From 1996 to 2014, Gaziza Auezovna served in the customs authorities, and since 2014 she has been working as a Chief Expert of the State Secrets Protection Department of the Committee.

Throughout her years of public service, she has established herself as a highly competent and professional employee and serves as a mentor to the younger generation.
