During the meeting, all residents’ requests were reviewed, including issues related to housing renovation, courtyard improvement, public order, unauthorized use of land plots by third parties, organization of access roads, as well as construction works on slopes and near residential areas. Heads of профиль departments took part in the reception, which allowed the issues to be addressed promptly and specific response measures to be identified for each request.

Residents also raised concerns regarding the cleaning of certain areas, sanitary maintenance of vacant lots, tree pruning, and compliance with nighttime noise regulations. Relevant departments were instructed to inspect the sites and take appropriate measures in accordance with current regulations.

A group of requests concerned possible illegal extensions, installation of engineering equipment, relocation of green spaces, and construction activities in adjacent areas. Residents were informed about the procedure for submitting official applications for inspections, and профиль services were instructed to process the requests accordingly. In addition, residents raised issues related to the installation and relocation of road signs, parking restrictions, the condition of irrigation canals, drainage and flooding, as well as the transfer of utility networks (water supply, sewerage and electricity) to the city’s balance.

For matters requiring additional review and on-site assessment, field visits will be organized with the participation of the District Mayor, representatives of authorized government bodies and профиль services in order to make specific decisions and determine further steps.

The Bostandyk District Akimat will continue the practice of regular meetings with residents aimed at improving feedback mechanisms, ensuring prompt response to public concerns, and systematically addressing urban development issues.
