- The function of viewing the fact of customs clearance of vehicles by VIN-code has been implemented. Verification is available for vehicles issued using both a goods declaration and a passenger customs declaration.
- Officials and owners of temporary storage warehouses can quickly verify the status of customs declarations and track the movement of relevant documents.
- When printing out the declaration of goods, a QR code is generated on the document. With it, you can instantly check the current status of the declaration from any mobile device.

For comprehensive user convenience, the Keden system provides unified access to the most important databases and registries.:
- Registers of special economic (SEZ) and industrial zones.
- Register of medicines and medical devices.
- The State Register of Intellectual Property Objects.
- The register of state registration certificates.
- A single database of documents and licenses.
- The register of documents on conformity assessment and subjects of accreditation in the field of technical regulation.
- Customs registers formed by the state revenue authorities.

The updated functionality of the Keden IP allows all participants in foreign economic activity to significantly save time on checking documents and customs clearance statuses.
