On May 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM, the Akmola Region Department of State Revenue will host the "Service Recipient Day" project, which focuses on public services, based on the principle of a responsive government that promptly responds to public needs. This project will include outreach efforts to explain the procedures for providing public services to the public.

The main goal of the project is to explain and assist the public in resolving issues related to receiving public and other services.
