Dear developers of accounting systems and taxpayers!

      The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs you that in accordance with the Rules for issuing accompanying invoices (SNT) and issuing electronic invoices (ESF), new forms of SNT and ESF have been developed, which are currently available on the test server of the Electronic Invoices information system https://test3.esf.kgd.gov.kz: 8443.

     At the same time, we inform you that the following changes have been introduced during the implementation of these forms:

     - in the SNT form, the numbering of columns in sections G-G10 has been changed, and the "Product code" fields have been added in sections G6, G7, G10.

    - in the form of ESF:

• the numbering of columns in section G has been changed;
• in section "B" in the field "Supplier category" the categories "Private bailiff," "Mediator," "Notary" are excluded.
• in section "C" in the field "Supplier category" the categories "Lawyer," "Private bailiff," "Mediator," "Notary" are excluded.
• field added
• the field "Payment terms under the contract" has been replaced with the field "Payment method" - this field must be filled in in accordance with the established procedure provided for by the ESF Rules.

      Please familiarize yourself with the changed functionality and, if necessary, take into account these changes in your accounting systems.
