The electronic queue system was created and maintained by domestic developers and specialists of the online booking service "CarGoRuqsat" JSC "Information and Accounting Center" of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the full participation of the state. The service is implemented on the basis of the Qoldau digital platform.kz and is free. The task of the CarGoRuqsat electronic queue system is to provide carriers with the opportunity to pre-book queues and automate the verification of necessary documents in information systems. This ensures the efficiency and transparency of border crossing, helps to prevent congestion of trucks, and allows the state revenue authorities to automatically apply a risk management system.
