Today, at a meeting chaired by the region's akim Murat Ergeshbayev, Erlan Amirkhanovich Bakirov, appointed as the head of the Department for the Protection of Children's Rights, was introduced.
The regional akim noted that the Department for the Protection of Children's Rights was established to fulfill the instruction of the Head of State on reforming the work of guardianship and trusteeship authorities. A number of important tasks have been assigned to the new sphere and its head.
«I instruct to take appropriate measures to implement a unified state policy in the field of protecting children's interests», – said Murat Nalkhozhaevich.
Erlan Amirkhanovich was born in 1984 in the city of Kyzylorda. He received education in the specialties of «Jurisprudence» at the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University, «Economics» and «Construction» at the «Bolashak» University.
In different years, he served as the head of the personnel department of the apparatus of the akim of the Kyzylorda region, deputy head of the region's mobilization training department, and deputy akim of the Zhalagash district.
From 2021 to the present day, he has worthily performed the duties of the deputy head of the apparatus of the akim of the Kyzylorda region.
