The Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of State Revenues, the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Akmola region held the "Day of the service recipient."

The purpose of the event is to increase the legal and digital literacy of the population, expand the availability of public services and familiarize with innovations in legislation.

Such events for recipients of services are held on a regular basis and the next topic is devoted to entrepreneurship and tax issues.

Interaction between business and government representatives is aimed at developing entrepreneurship in the country, creating favorable conditions and encouraging entrepreneurial initiatives.

At present, numerous changes are taking place in the legislation in the field of taxation, regulation of entrepreneurship and public services.

For example, on January 1 of this year, the new Tax Code came into force. Significant changes were made to the law "On state and socially responsible services." All this is of great importance for protecting the rights of citizens.

During the event, entrepreneurs were informed that in order to support entrepreneurs and improve the quality of accounting and tax accounting, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is holding an action "People's Accountant."

        The promotion is held from January 5, 2026 and will last until June 30, 2026.

        "People's Accountant" is a free advisory assistance for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses.

            Work schedule from March 2026 consultation 2 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday from 10.00 to 13.00 hours.).

          All taxpayers who applied during the event received high-quality public services.
