At the Zhanaozen City Public Service Center, the State Revenue Department for the city of Zhanaozen held a reception for citizens on tax issues as part of the Service Recipient's Day.

During the day, the department's specialists advised residents on topical tax issues: the procedure for paying taxes by individuals and legal entities, filling out declarations, obtaining tax benefits, refunding overpaid amounts, and other topics.

Citizens could receive clarifications on the spot, ask questions and solve problems without prior appointment. The event was organized to increase the literacy of the population and improve the quality of public services.

"The day of the service recipient allows us to interact directly with residents, promptly answer their questions and help in compliance with tax legislation. We plan to hold such meetings regularly," noted the Department of State Revenue for the city of Zhanaozen.

Residents of the city positively assessed the initiative, noting the convenience of receiving consultations in the usual PSC format.
